Fan Fang -Migros Beylikdüzü

Fan Fang Migros Beylikdüzü is the second chain restaurant of Fan Fang brand. The brand’s existing fast-food restaurant concept which was designed by Arta Architecture in 2015 was reused to adapt this second branch into the brand’s unique aesthetics. Traditional Japanese interior design elements and bamboo were preferred to give the restaurant an Asian look. The kitchen was designed to be visible from the outside to enable the clients watch how their food is being prepared. Moreover, the kitchen appliances are all custom-made to respond to the needs of Fan Fang’s Asian chefs.
