Karakaşlar Group Kekliktepe Site

The site consists of 4 blocks including both duplex and triplex blocks in various scales on sloppy terrain. Each block was designed to have its own front yard with private parking lots, and a backyard with a private swimming pool. In hopes of reflecting the Aegean spirit, materials such as concrete, slate stacked wall stone, white plaster, and wooden materials were selected.
