Gül Yapı Halkalı Meydan Residence and Shopping Mall

Multi-purpose building complex is designed in Halkalı İstanbul. An open-air shopping mall designed just under the residence blocks. A street passing through the site is designed to make the complex accessible from both sides of the site. Second floor of the mall connected with bridges to enable a better walking circulation. Residence blocks are carefuly located not to block eacothers’ view. Roof gardens are designed for residence blocks to give fresher look.
